Lowder & McGill PLLC welcomes referrals from other attorneys. We have been fortunate to work with other attorneys and their clients on many cases in the past and have recovered millions of dollars for those clients.

Participation And Fee Sharing

We are committed to providing the resources and experience to meet the needs of the referring attorney and their client. We are comfortable and effective in any role, from total responsibility for representation to playing a supporting role, and any arrangement in between. Before accepting a referral, we will work with the referring attorney to define roles and find a fee sharing arrangement that is acceptable to all parties and that complies with the Kentucky Rules of Professional Conduct.
